Cancellation Policy
Flexible cancellation windows and modification rules for villa stays.

Standard cancellation
Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in for most properties. Cancellations within 7 days may incur up to 50% of the booking value. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Peak season & holidays
Long weekends, Diwali, Christmas–New Year, and peak summer weeks may have stricter policies — typically 14–21 days free cancellation. Your confirmation email will specify the exact window.
Date modifications
Date changes are subject to villa availability and may carry a nominal rescheduling fee. Contact our team at least 48 hours before check-in for the best options.
Force majeure
In case of government travel restrictions or natural disasters, we offer full credit or refund on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required.
How to cancel
Email hello@2ndhome.com with your booking reference or call +91 98765 43210. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
