Platform role
2nd Home is a curated villa rental platform. We connect guests with verified property owners and manage the booking process. Final stay terms may vary by villa and season.
Bookings & payments
Submitting an enquiry does not confirm a reservation. A booking is confirmed only after written confirmation and payment of the required advance. Prices shown are indicative and subject to seasonal rates.
Guest responsibilities
Guests must respect property rules, occupancy limits, and local regulations. Damage beyond normal wear may be charged as per the property owner's policy.
Intellectual property
All website content, photography, and branding are owned by 2nd Home or licensed partners. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.
Limitation of liability
2nd Home is not liable for events outside our control — natural disasters, transport disruptions, or third-party service failures. We will assist with rebooking where possible.
